Returns Policy
1. RETURN:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mirasham. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoices and tags. We retain the right to reject a return request at the time of pick up if the product suffers from any damage or is used, worn, washed, stained, torn, or if brand tags/price tags are not intact, regardless of whether the return fee has been paid.
2. RETURN FEE:
We thrive on customer satisfaction by ensuring hassle-free orders and maintaining the hygiene of the products delivered. Thus, as an initiative towards sustainable shopping, a standard Return fee of Rs. 99/- shall be charged on every item returned.
3. TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:
Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the customer receives the order. Any requests for returns received after this period may be declined at our sole discretion.
4. RETURN PROCESS:
If you are not satisfied with your order or any item of your order, you may initiate a request on the RETURNS page on our website. Once you have initiated a return request, our field executives will pick up the order within 3-5 business days. They will make 3 attempts to pick up the order, post which the pickup automatically gets cancelled. If our courier partner faces any issue in picking up the order, we will keep you informed. The applicable Return fee for all returns is to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or delivery of a defective product. 5. REFUND PROCESS:
The refund amount shall be processed to the original method of payment, after the returned product has reached the Company’s warehouse. The payment will reflect into the account within 3-4 working days after deducting the return fee as mentioned on the website.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and immediately initiate a return request on the website, else Mirasham will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end and provide resolutions accordingly. Please note that strong proof of defect, i.e., photographic and videographic evidence of the damage or defect (a complete video recording of unpacking the order) and image of the invoice for our reference shall be required in case of delivery of a defective product from our end to initiate a refund request.

8. FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Final sale items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
